• Real-time location data to enable map features, nearby user visibility, and location sharing in chats.

• Details about your device, such as device model, operating system, unique identifiers, and IP address.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: Enable core App features like location sharing, maps, and chats.
• To Improve the App: Analyze user behavior to enhance functionality, fix bugs, and develop new features.

By providing your phone number and verifying it with Flock, you consent to receive SMS messages from us for account verification, authentication, and service-related purposes. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to our messages, though this may affect your ability to use certain features of the app. 

If you are accessing Flock outside the United States, please note that your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
